You do not need any experience as you will be given instructions at check in regarding the operation of the canal boat, safety aspects and the 'rules of the road'.
Can we bring our dog?
As with our canal boat holidays we know how important your pet is to you so well behaved dogs are welcome.
What do we wear?
We recommend that you wear flat non slip shoe for your comfort and safety when aboard the canal boats. Comfortable casual clothing are a must and bring a waterproof in case of rain.
What safety equipment is on board?
Life jackets will be supplied to children and non swimmers, also to other adults if requested. There will be a life buoy on board each boat.
Can we bring our own picnic?
You can pack your own food and drink and then moor up for a picnic lunch
Where can we stop along the way?
You can moor up more or less anywhere along the towpath side of the canal. Take care to not block the way for other canal boats to pass by or moor in restricted or private moorings.
